Why does it matter? Even if your password is compromised, no one can log in without your mobile device as long as 2FA is enabled. jatbat recommends that all members keep this feature enabled.

1. On the login page Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link.
2. Enter the mobile number or email address you used during registration.
3. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to that number — the OTP is valid for 10 minutes.
4. Confirm with the OTP and set your new password.
5. Your password must be at least 8 characters long — use a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers for a strong password.

If You Don't Receive the OTP Check your spam folder (for email). If the OTP doesn't arrive on your phone, wait 30 seconds and try again. If you're still having trouble, reach out via live chat — the support team can assist you manually.
